Log In to the Agent Portal

You can log in to the agent portal from a browser on your computer, Android device, or iOS device.

To access the agent portal:

  1. Enter the URL address your supervisor provides you in the browser to display the login screen.

  1. If your company has a multi-tenant WFM system, select the WFM system to log in to.

  1. If your company enabled the Multi-language feature, select your Language preference.

    EEM uses the language you select in the browser and for all messages sent to you.

    Select the language to use in the Agent Mobile app when you log in to the mobile app.

  1. Click Sign In.

  1. The first time you log in or if your supervisor resets your account, you need to register:

    1. Select a security question from the Security question drop-down list.

    2. Enter the answer to your selected security question in the Type your answer here field.

    3. Enter a New password.

    4. Enter the new password again in the Confirm new password field.

    5. Click Register to display the Dashboard page.
